From A Queen to An Idol (F2F/RC/MC)
Mera's head felt heavy, her eyes fluttering wildly as a bright light burned into her vision. Her body felt heavy and felt pulled to the floor like one of the countless shipwrecks she had seen resting on the seafloor in her life. Her senses returning to her, Mera sat up and opened her eyes, gasping as she found herself in a room she didn't recognise.
"What is this place...?" she muttered, rubbing her forehead. Hadn't... hadn't she been fighting Black Mantis somewhere in the Mediterranean? Her mind was a blur, and she groaned softly as she tried to remember... had she, the Queen of Atlantis, really been bested by a human? Standing up, Mera looked around and guessed by the desk mirror surrounded by lights that she was in a dressing room... but why was she here and not in some cage or prison? She could hear a slight rumbling in the air and floor around her, but it didn’t sound like the sound of a ship’s engine or the pressure of water… in fact, it sounded a lot more like the cheers of a crowd -
Mera jumped as the door behind her suddenly opened, and she immediately twirled around and pointed her trident at... a young asian woman, who didn't even blink at the sharp tip that could cut through metal like butter that was centimeters away from grazing her face. Instead she giggled excitedly, her hands clapping equally as eagerly as she squealed "Oh my gosh Mera, you look absolutely amazing~!"
The superheroine scowled. "I demand to know you who you are and where I am!"
The girl simply pouted in response. "Is someone feeling some stage fright? I know it must always be quite a shock to see all those people cheering and watching you..." Something about what the girl said hit Mera like a truck, and she shuddered as an uneasy warmth pulsed through her head. Her Atlantean heritage suddenly disappeared; her height instantly dropping a couple inches until she was roughly level with the girl. Her athletic build softened considerably as her muscles melted away whilst her thighs and ass gained a little more flesh - it made them look so alluring in this outfit~!
Mera's eyes widened not only at the odd thought that had sparked into her brain, but also the sight of her long, slender arm shaking and dropping to her side as her trident felt as heavy as the day she'd first wielded it in her training. Looking back at the girl she uttered; "W-What have you done to me? Stop this!" The young woman just placed her hands on her hips and said; "Listen, I know you're the leader of our group and all, but it's okay to ask for help." The girl raised a hand forward, and Mera immediately braced herself to be hit by some sort of attack... but instead she gasped softly as she felt the soft, smooth and warm palm cup itself around the side of her face.
This simple but comforting action sent a pleasurable tingle up Mera's spine, and as her bright blue eyes stared into the girl's chocolatey brown ones, she let out a weary sigh... there was always something about Jiyeon's eyes that always soothed her. Yes, she had been rather stressed recently… her whole life, in fact. Being not only a superhero and protecting the people who lived not only in the sea but also those who lived above, but also ruling an entire kingdom… yes, Arthur was there with her, but sometimes she couldn’t help but long for an escape where she could just be free and make up for the restrictive childhood she’d had being raised a princess…
“Y-Yes…” she murmured, her eyes lidding until they formed into the distinctive Asian trait, the sea blue spark dimming into that same earthy hue. The warmth that had been pooling around her cheek as Jiyeon’s hand rested there began to spread across Mera’s face, a light beige tan following it as it covered her creamy pale skin and trickled across her entire body in a matter of seconds. That wasn’t all that changed with Mera’s skin, however, as the scars and blemishes on her body she’d gained from years of fighting all kinds of evil were gotten rid off too, the skin itself gaining a slightly more youthful sheen as a decade dropped off her age and left her in her early twenties. Even her facial features softened, looking like they could have never portrayed a negative emotion in Mera’s life; her heart shaped face filling out into a more cutesy oval.
A tingled flooded into her scalp as her flowing red hair started to brighten from its natural auburn – but then the very fabric of her hair changed as a numbness appeared on her scalp. The hair toughened and curled into specifically styled positions as it became fibre that was woven together… and then hundreds of new jet black strands started to sprout out and weave into a tight pair of ponytails securely pinned to the side of her head as new memories began to flood in: memories of being brought up in Seoul, near the river… she’d always wanted to be a swimmer, but her father had always told her that sport was something men did, so she decided to become a singer.
“Th-this feels so… so 좋은…” Mera’s voice shifted, becoming softer, higher and much girlier than the imposing and queenly voice that she’d had before… or rather, that she had whenever she held a mic to her lips, lips that kept their plumpness but became coated in a bright coral orange. The weight in her spear disappeared instantly (Mera sighed with relief as the cramp in her arm started to fade away), but its length started to diminish too; the prongs fusing together and softening as they became a bulb made out of a dark, metallic grid pattern mixed with a cushiony material as the staff hollowed out into a plastic casing filled with wiring and batteries.
Her armor changed next, the intricate Atlantean design and technology that had been painstakingly crafted into it was erased and replaced with a simple silky, sparkling spandex bodysuit that was still tight enough to show off Mera’s wonderful curves~ Although she knew many loved her for her almost superhuman singing talent, the popstar did love to tease the male audience with short skirts, tube tops and costumes like this one, which was from some Marvel movie or something. As if to truly signify the loss of her original self, the golden arrow insignia flattened and fused into the fabric, changing into a glittery silver one.
A tight black material formed around Mera’s now bare feet, covering them completely before starting to crawl up her graceful legs and ending just over her knees, with two heels pushing out from underneath and pushing her up just a couple inches over Jiyeon, finishing the pair of black latex high heel boots she now wore. Finally, the precious crown that had been resting on Mera’s head slide down the side of her head that wasn’t being held by Jiyeon. It merged and formed into a smaller, secondary microphone that rested near her mouth in case the main one didn’t work.
All these changes not only to her physical self but her very being had left Mera’s mind utterly scattered, and so now that her transformation was complete, her lips were just parted gently into a soft “o”, her doe like eyes staring into Jiyeon’s in a mixture of wonder, pleasure and vapidness.
Jiyeon smiled warmly. “Do you feel better now, Mi-Ra~?”
Mera blinked once, twice, and then shook her head, a hand going up to keep her wig still.
“I feel so much better~!” Mi-Ra chirped, placing the hand that wasn’t holding her mic onto her bandmate’s shoulder and pulling her into a hug. “Thank you so much! I really needed that little pick me up.” Their cutesy embrace last a little while, but once they parted Mi-Ra rested her arms on Jiyeon’s shoulder once again. “I love how well you understand people. It’s like you can read minds!” The two of them giggled at this, although one of them was taking it a little less like the joke it was intended to be.
“Anyways, we need to get on stage now!” Jiyeon reminded her. “After all, we can’t leave our fans waiting for out special Halloween concert!”
Mi-Ra nodded and span Jiyeon around. “Then let’s go get the others and get out there~!” The two popstars minced out of the dressing room and closed the door behind them. Standing on the stage moments later with the other girls, she reveled in the cheers and whoops of the countless fans who had come here to see her band… to see her. As the bubbly pop tunes started to blast out of the stadium, her hips instinctively started to sway back and forth, and a smile broke out onto her face: It was time to start off this years Halloween with a bang!
